The company was started in 1999 with the exercise video, “Taking It To A Higher Ground”, a workout to high energy gospel music. The program evolved into our current offering of workshops, exercise classes, exhibit hall events and panel discussions particularly as it pertains to women.

Our goal is to insure that sponsors support reputable, life-changing initiatives that improve at risk communities and brand them as caring supporters for making these communities healthier.
Tools for change include seminars, workshops, retreats, interactive classes and events. In addition, we work with brands to identify effective marketing and promotion opportunities for their healthy lifestyle products to provide target market exposure and response.
