Our Start

The company was started in 1999 with the exercise video, “Taking It To A Higher Ground”, a workout to high energy gospel music. The program evolved into our current offering of workshops, exercise classes, exhibit hall events and panel discussions particularly as it pertains to women.

Our Mission

We provide healthy lifestyle programming with a focus on the needs for women of color. Stakeholders include:

Community organizations
Employee Wellness programs
Government entities

Our Tools for engagement

Tools for change include seminars, workshops, retreats, interactive classes, events and webinars. In addition, we work with brands to identify effective marketing and promotion opportunities.

About Benita Perkins

I am a self made diva who values my friendships and my greater circles of women. I have found my own journey to health, my superpower to share with others to transform their lives. I know the frustrations of making life happen, and I also know the joy. I love meeting people and marveling at our intersections where we can cross share our light.

These self assessments have guided me through my 20 years of sharing the power of healthy lifestyle through workshops, presentations, webinars and classes. I’m always assessing how this conversation can expand and become not just my conversation, but my sisterhood’s conversation. Health is wealth and I want us to share abundantly.
