I am a self made diva who values my friendships and my greater circles of black women. I have found my own journey to health, my superpower to share with others to transform their lives. I know the frustrations of making life happen, and I also know the joy. I love meeting people and marveling at our intersections where we can cross share our light.
These self assessments have guided me through my 20 years of sharing the power of healthy lifestyle through workshops, presentations, webinars and classes. I’m always assessing how this conversation can expand and become not just my conversation, but my sisterhood’s conversation. Health is wealth and I want us to share abundantly.
